As a Partner with BrigliaMcLaughlin, PLLC, Shoshana E. Rothman practices complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on construction law, surety defense, and government contracts. Shoshana joined BrigliaMcLaughlin, PLLC in 2010 after spending several years representing general contractors, subcontractors, and developers in construction disputes and general litigation matters.

Shoshana received her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Boston University, and her juris doctorate from American University, Washington College of Law.
Shoshana is a member of the Forum on Construction Law and the Section of Public Contract Law of the American Bar Association. She is also a member of the Virginia Bar Association, the Fairfax Bar Association, and the Construction Law and Public Contracts Section of the Virginia State Bar.
