Robert J. Dietz Co-Authors Chapter of “Construction Subcontracting"

Robert J. Dietz recently co-authored a chapter of the new ABA Forum on the Construction Industry book titled “Construction Subcontracting: A Comprehensive Practical and Legal Guide.” The book brings together a team of experienced attorneys to examine this subject with both a breadth and depth of coverage. Topics of the book include the subcontract document and performance; insurance, bonding and licensure; disputes and different methods for resolution; special project issues, including public projects, alternative delivery methods, and green/sustainable building; and other contracting arrangements. Mr. Dietz co-authored the chapter titled: “Mechanic’s Liens and Other Remedies.”
