Shoshana E. Rothman joined BrigliaMcLaughlin, PLLC as an associate in 2010. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Rothman represented general contractors, subcontractors, developers, and sureties in construction disputes and general litigation matters. Ms. Rothman has also represented government contractors in the successful preparation of proposals and bid protests. Ms. Rothman received her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Boston University, and her juris doctorate from American University, Washington College of Law. During law school she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and a student prosecutor in a criminal justice clinic working with the Anne Arundel County State's Attorney's Office in Maryland. During law school, Ms. Rothman also spent a summer as a legal intern in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Ms. Rothman is a member of the Forum Committee on the Construction Industry and the Section of Public Contract Law of the American Bar Association.
